Tai-Ji Soft Sensor® is a system identification-based soft sensor with offline modeling and online prediction. In process industries, key parameters like composition and concentration often rely on lab analysis with significant delays. Tai-Ji Soft Sensor® enables real-time estimation and dynamic prediction of these variables at lower cost, supporting APC and RTO applications.

Unlike traditional steady-state methods, it employs dynamic modeling incorporating time-delay information and dynamic characteristics.
